For independent trainers
Coach harder.
Look sharper.
Program workouts on a calendar your clients will actually open. Run your practice under your own name — no spa-day softness, no fitness-tech clutter.
How it works
Three steps. Then you're coaching.
Sign up + set your business name.
That name becomes your brand — in the top bar, in invitation emails, in the page title your clients see when they're using the app.
Invite your clients.
Add them by name and email. They get an invitation, set their password, and land on their own calendar. No hand-holding.
Program their week.
Rich-text sections, paste-to-embed YouTube, AM / PM labeling, drag-free reorder. Edit any workout from any view without losing context.
Your name on it, not ours
The brand your clients see is yours.
Sarah Chen Training. Iron & Oak. Coach Marcus. Whatever you put at signup goes in the top-left corner — for you, for every one of your clients, every page they open.
- Your business name in the top bar and the browser tab title.
- Invitation emails signed by your business name.
- Your own login URL:

What you get
Built for the work, not for show.
Month / Week / Day calendar
Per client. Every view is editable. Today highlighted, navigable with a keyboard, fast on mobile.
All clients, one screen
A weekly overview grid: each client on a row, seven days across. Spot gaps and unread notes at a glance.
Rich workout authoring
Free-text sections you can rename and reorder, bold / italic / lists, paste a YouTube URL and it embeds inline.
Section templates
Warm-up, Strength, Conditioning, Cool-down — your defaults. Customize the quick-add chips once in settings.
Edit without losing context
From the week view, click a workout pill and the editor opens in a side drawer. Save, close, keep working.
Client notes + unread alerts
Clients leave questions on any workout. You see an unread badge per client; the cells with new notes are flagged.
Email notifications
Trainer gets emailed when a client posts a note (throttled to one per client per 10 minutes). Password reset for both roles.
CSV import
Coming from Push Press or any other CRM? Drop in a contact CSV, review the preview, send invites to your whole roster in one shot.
Export client history
Date-ranged PDF or CSV. PDF carries your brand on the cover; CSV is one row per workout for spreadsheet analysis.
Native iOS app
Coming soonSame API, same data. The web app's architecture is iOS-ready — a phone-native client comes after web v1 ships.
